For preventive consumer protection, probrake GmbH provides information on the dangers that can arise from brake and clutch levers model ‘STAGE’ with the marking PBD KBA 91516. In rare individual cases, a safety problem may occur. The screw connection between the ‘lever’ and the vehicle-specific ‘adapter’ can come loose under certain circumstances and in rare cases.

We regret that these circumstances have occurred despite our intensive quality assurance measures. Although this case can only occur in an unlikely combination of various circumstances, we have decided to carry out this product recall. The safety of our customers and their trust in the quality of our products is our top priority and should be guaranteed at all times. Therefore, we consider it good business practice to conduct a product inspection in this situation as well.
