  If you order more than one item, we calculate the actual shipping weight of all items. You can use the shipping cost calculator in the shopping cart as soon as you have one or more items in your shopping cart.

  For international orders with more than 10 kg or 20 kg shipping weight, please contact us by e-mail with the delivery address and the desired items. We will calculate the best price for you individually.

  Orders to other EU countries will be charged at the VAT rate applicable in the country of delivery.
  For orders for intra-Community delivery, the VAT ID must be provided before the order is placed. A subsequent refund of VAT is unfortunately not possible.

  Orders to non-EU countries, including Switzerland, Norway, and Great Britain, are delivered VAT-free. Import tax and customs duties must be paid by the recipient. As there is no right of cancellation in these countries, the corresponding costs will be retained from the refund of the purchase price in the case of non-collection within the specified period or non-payment of the import fees and the resulting return to us. These correspond to the calculated shipping costs plus 10% of the value of the goods.
  In some countries, the import costs may exceed the order value.
