Simply different - the new TEC2

The levers stand for a new generation of brake- and clutch levers on your bike.

Compared to conventional levers, the TEC2 is lighter, more torsion-resistant and has a new, sporty design.

CNC milled of high grade aluminium, the lever weighs in at only 82 gramms. The distance to the handlebar can be adjusted, as well as the length.

A great safety feature is the fixed folding function. The lever only fold ups when stress is applied.

Return policy

Of course you have full right of return within our return period if you are not satisfied. After returning the faultless product you will receive a refund for the paid product.

Are assembly instructions supplied?

You will receive detailed assembly instructions for the levers. For some levers, extra instructions are included as well as other accessories such as threadlocker. With the enclosed information and accessories, nothing stands in the way of a safe installation.

Accidental damage, can I get spare parts?

Since we are the manufacturer of the products, you will of course receive all parts from us. Please contact our service hotline or write us an e-mail to info@probrake.de (please indicate invoice or order number).

Product does not fit during assembly or does not work?

Please contact our service hotline or send us an e-mail with a copy of the vehicle registration document to info@probrake.de.

On the photo my adapters look different?

These are only sample photos. After selecting the correct model, you will receive your levers with matching vehicle-specific adapters.

My motorcycle model is not available in the store

You can send us pictures of your original levers in disassembled condition and a copy of the vehicle registration certificate, then we check whether there are suitable levers for your bike in the range. If no corresponding adapter fits, this will be developed by us and the model will be considered in the next ABE update.

My bike is available in the store, but with manufacturer's declaration

The brake levers for the vehicle have been successfully tested and checked, but no update of the ABE has been done yet (this may take 3-6 months). Until the update, we certify you with the manufacturer's declaration, the inclusion of your vehicle model, in our upcoming ABE supplement (we recommend until then the entry in the vehicle documents). As soon as the ABE is available, we will send it to you.

On my motorcycle is a different brake pump installed

We offer various levers for many accessory fittings (for example Brembo). Please contact our service hotline (The ABE is only valid for mounting on original parts of the manufacturer).

Anodized colors

Fading of anodized colors refers to a change in color intensity or hue due to aging, weathering or light radiation. Anodized paints are often suitable for outdoor use, but even here the color may fade slightly. To slow down the fading, the surface should be cleaned regularly. Despite all quality measures, above average fading may occur. In this case, please contact our customer service.

ABE - General Operating Permit for Motorcycle Parts

The ABE (General Operating Permit) is a confirmation that the vehicle or vehicle part complies with national regulations. It is issued for series vehicles and series parts by the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (Federal Motor Transport Authority). The type approval is only valid in Germany. For our customers in Switzerland we can provide a "Declaration of Suitability for DTC MFK Expert Opinion". The ABE must be carried along to be able to present it at a traffic control.

Predetermined breaking point

Due to the predetermined breaking points on the levers, they do not break off completely and thus allow you to continue driving after a slip. Our lever models "TECTOR" and "TEC2" also have a folding function without a joint, which is triggered as soon as the lever is subjected to appropriate forces. In the event of an impact, the lever can be brought back into position and enables further travel.
