Your account

Registering with probrake is easier than you think. If you are already registered, simply click on ‘My account’ at the top right of our website, enter your e-mail address and password and confirm with ‘Log in’.

Simply log in to your personal area under ‘My account’ to change your details at any time.

Here you can also view and update all your personal information.

If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgotten password’ when logging into your customer account or during the order process.

In the following window, enter the e-mail address with which you are registered with Probrake. We will then automatically send you a link where you can set a new password.

Order & Payment

A change or cancellation of your order is only possible for a limited period of time, as your order may already be in production and/or in transit, depending on the payment method selected.

If you have not received an order confirmation, there may be various reasons for this: Perhaps the e-mail has ended up in your spam folder, your e-mail inbox is full or you have not entered your e-mail address correctly. There could also be a technical error.

Please contact us at info@probrake.de before placing a new order so that we can avoid duplicate orders.

Place the desired items in the shopping basket and then go to the shopping basket. There you will find a field where you can enter your discount code.

Please note that it is not possible to apply discount codes retrospectively to an order that has already been placed. Therefore, before finalising your purchase, make sure that the voucher code has been used correctly and deducted from the invoice amount.

Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.

Depending on the promotion, the discount will be deducted automatically in the shopping basket.

How to pay with us – Our payment methods:

Credit & debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Simply enter your card details at the checkout. Your data will be processed securely and encrypted.

Apple Pay
For users of Apple devices, we offer fast and secure payment with Apple Pay. Select Apple Pay at the checkout and confirm the payment with Touch ID or Face ID.

Klarna invoice
Pay conveniently by invoice with Klarna. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to pay the invoice. This gives you the opportunity to check the products before paying.

Klarna hire purchase
With Klarna instalment purchase, you can pay for your purchases in monthly instalments. Select Klarna as your payment method at checkout and choose a term that suits you.

Klarna Pay now
With Klarna Pay now you can pay for your order immediately via online banking. Quick, easy and secure.

PayPal
PayPal is a widely used and secure payment method. If you have a PayPal account, you can choose this option and log in to your account to authorise the payment.

Bank transfer
You can transfer the amount directly to our bank account. After placing your order, you will receive our account details and your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

SEPA direct debit
With the SEPA direct debit procedure, you can have the invoice amount debited directly from your account. To do this, enter your account details at the checkout.

Bancontact
We offer Bancontact as a convenient payment method for our customers in Belgium. You can pay with your Bancontact card or via the Bancontact app.

iDeal
iDeal is a popular payment method in the Netherlands. Choose iDeal at the checkout and follow the instructions for a secure payment via your online banking.

Billie
Billie is a payment method for business customers that allows you to pay your invoice within a certain period of time.

Cash payment
When picking up the goods in the showroom by appointment. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible on site.

EPS
EPS (Electronic Payment Standard) is a secure and simple online payment method that we offer especially for our customers in Austria. Select EPS at the checkout and make the payment via your online banking.

Amazon Pay
With Amazon Pay, you can pay quickly and securely using your Amazon account details. Select Amazon Pay at the checkout and confirm the payment process with your Amazon access data.

Shipping

For standard shipping with GLS within Germany, we charge €4.95 for parcels up to 30 kg.

From an order value of € 99.00 we deliver free of charge. Please note that shipping to packing stations is not possible.

If you prefer premium shipping with DHL, the following rates apply: Up to 5 kg shipping costs €6.95, up to 20 kg €15.95 and up to 31.5 kg €19.95. Orders placed by 12:00 noon are dispatched on the same day. Shipping to packing stations is possible.

Returns

For all purchases (customised products excluded) at probrake, we offer you an extended, voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods in addition to the statutory right of cancellation.

This enables you to return the goods to us up to 30 days after receipt (starting on the day after receipt of the goods), even after the statutory cancellation period of 14 days has expired (see cancellation policy), and thus withdraw from the contract.

Yes, to ensure a smooth exchange, please return the item to us for a credit note and order the desired item again in our shop.

Please use our returns portal for the return and state the reason for the return. Make a note of the item you wish to exchange and the item number under comments.

Once we have received your return, we will send you the new item.

The purchase price will be credited using the payment method with which the order was paid.

The test reports provided with our probrake products are specifically designed and tested for use in Germany.

For the use of our products outside Germany, we recommend checking the country-specific legal regulations and approval requirements, as these can vary.

Don’t worry, even if your vehicle model or type is not on our list, we can often still help you. As manufacturers, we often have suitable items for many models.

Please send us detailed information and photos of what you need via email.

You can also send us a scan of the motorcycle registration or COC papers. The more details we get, the easier it is for us to help you.

You also have the option to send us the original part for a more precise examination – but only after prior arrangement.

Our ABE is valid for installation on original parts from the manufacturer.

If you have installed a different brake pump on your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order. We would be happy to advise you on which lever and adapter you need.

With this equipment, you will then need to go to the TÜV for approval and registration.

If you are having difficulties with installation or are unsure if everything is working correctly, do not hesitate to contact our customer service early on.

To help you efficiently, please send us a scan of your vehicle registration along with photos of the installed original parts and the products supplied by us. Together, we will quickly find a solution to your problem.

You can, of course, store the ABE as a PDF on your mobile phone, however, this form is not accepted during a check in Germany.

Only the printed ABE from the manufacturer or a TÜV certification is accepted as an official document.

To avoid trouble, we recommend that you keep the ABE waterproofed and placed under the seat of your vehicle. This way, you are always on the safe side and can avoid unnecessary discussions.

The anodized layer on our parts is applied in the micrometer range and its quality depends not only on the material properties but also on many other factors.

We regularly test all production batches with UV light to prevent color fading. Our standard tolerates a color deviation of a maximum of 15% within three years.

Should there be any premature fading, we ask that you send photos of the affected part to our customer service so that we can assist you.

The adapters shown on the homepage may be sample images.

Once you have selected the correct motorcycle model, we guarantee that the appropriate, model-specific adapters will be mounted on the levers.

These may differ in shape and size from the sample images, but are precisely tailored to your motorcycle model.
